Description The Assisted Living Server is responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents of an assisted living community. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Schedule: Part-Time, Weekdays, Monday - Friday, Part-Time, Morning Shift, 8 Hour Shifts, Responsibilities Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner Assist residents with their dining needs, such as cutting food, opening packages, and pouring beverages Clear and clean tables after meals Maintain a clean and organized dining area Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared correctly and on time Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner Report any concerns about residents' health or well-being to the appropriate staff Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience working in a food service setting Strong customer service skills Compassion and patience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and carry heavy objects Food Handler's Permit
