Description Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking Dining Room Servers (Fine Dining) to ensure that all members and guests receive attentive, courteous, and speedy service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. We pay our Dining Room Servers a competitive wage based on experience and availability. This position earns $26.00 per hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DINING ROOM SERVER As a Fine Dining, Dining Room Server, you enjoy the hustle and bustle of our dining room. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor create a lasting impression for our members and guests. When members and guests arrive, you quickly greet them with a smile. As an expert on our food and menu, you are able to suggest choices that our customers will enjoy. You anticipate members' needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently. After serving our guests and members, you check back with them to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to providing great service, you keep our tables and dining room clean and organized. You also handle opening and closing duties required for the shift you are working. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to your success. QUALIFICATIONS Previous serving experience. 3-5 years of experience in a Fine Dining restaurant. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (or willingness to learn) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with members-first mindset. Do you have a positive attitude? WORK SCHEDULE Our dining room is open Tuesday - Sunday for dinner only and occasional luncheon events.
