Watercrest Winter Park is looking for a Dining Room Server/Wait Staff to join their Culinary team! As a key member of the team, your warm smile and greeting will welcome our residents, associates, and guests into fully experiencing a Watercrest Culinary Experience, filled with the deliciousness of fine dining, as well as the comfort of a home-like environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, team members, residents, family members, vendors, referral sources and outside contacts
• Able to make independent decisions
• Must be able to communicate a warm, friendly and caring manner
• Must be able to follow recipes and menus
• Must fully understand the importance of reliability and timeliness
• Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in serving in an upscale dining environment is preferred
