Allegria Village, a vibrant senior living community in Dearborn, is currently seeking part-time Servers to join our Independent Living dining team!
This is a great opportunity for high school students or anyone looking for part-time evening and weekend work in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Dining Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering a pleasant and professional dining experience to our residents and guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, setting up and cleaning the dining room, and providing outstanding service with a positive attitude.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This role involves regular standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and safe handling of food and cleaning products.

• Greet residents and guests warmly and take meal orders accurately
• Serve meals in a timely and courteous manner
• Provide assistance to residents who may need help reading the menu
• Set tables, restock supplies, and clean up after meals
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude
• Respond professionally to resident concerns or complaints
• Attend training and follow all safety and emergency procedures
