Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service in a restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a cash register
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment
- Proficiency in using a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
- Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent guest services skills to provide a positive dining experience
