Job Details Job Location: Highland , NY Salary Range: $15.50 - $15.50 Hourly Description Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking talented Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Dining Room Servers with a dynamic personality to deliver excellence in service to our guests for breakfast and lunch. Your goal is to provide outstanding service and knowledge to ensure guests receive a memorable experience for each and every meal. Our full time servers are eligible for a number of employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision care, 401k and profit sharing plan, and paid time off. Responsibilities Take guests’ food orders, serve each course accordingly. Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner Work closely with Dining Room Management to address all guest concerns immediately Always create a pleasant and memorable dining experience Set tables properly in an efficient manner with the highest attention to detail Qualifications 1+ year(s) serving experience preferred, but willing to train highly motivated candidates Excellent Customer Service with a dynamic personality Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Impeccable attention to cleanliness and safety Strong work ethic, adept at multi-tasking, and a true team player
