Perks & Benefits: * Birthday & anniversary PTO * Tuition Assistance * Double pay on holidays * PTO accrual on DAY 1 * Referral Bonus * Free meal during shift (Up to $260 savings) * Loyalty Incentive * Employee Recognition Program * Discounts through Verizon and AT&T * Pay Advance Program * Medical and Prescription Drug Insurance including Dental and Vision * Basic Term Life/AD&D * 401K * Flexible Spending Account for Dependent Care Essential Job Responsibilities * Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout all aspects of the dining experience. * Provide customer service to residents to allow high level of resident satisfaction while serving meals. * Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal. * Inform residents what foods are available on the day’s menu. * Address residents by name and their food beverage likes and dislikes. * Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverage of choice to each resident. * Keep water glasses and coffee cups and/or carafes filled. * Clear tables, as needed, throughout meal and bus tables after the meal is finished. * Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel. * Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs. * Other duties as assigned Education, Experience and Other Requirements * Must be age 16 or older * Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required * Promote teamwork in providing services to residents. * Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations * Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn. * Working 3-3.75 hours per shift standing, walking, and moving about without the need to sit down Preferred Qualifications * Willingness to learn and help others * Enjoyment in working with older adults * Some experience in food service is preferred
