Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Foothills Retirement Community. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality dining services and experiences. You will be working closely with our kitchen staff, servers, and management team to ensure that our residents are satisfied with their dining experiences. Responsibilities: Oversee dining room operations and ensure that our residents receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service Supervise and train dining room staff Ensure that dining room is properly set up and maintained, including tables, chairs, linens, and silverware Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to our residents' satisfaction Assist with planning and executing special events, such as holiday dinners and themed dinners PCSC believes in Service, Excellence, Relationships, Teamwork, and Stewardship and use these values daily as we serve our residents.
