Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Foothills Retirement Community. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality dining services and experiences. You will be working closely with our kitchen staff, servers, and management team to ensure that our residents are satisfied with their dining experiences. Responsibilities: - Oversee dining room operations and ensure that our residents receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service - Supervise and train dining room staff - Ensure that dining room is properly set up and maintained, including tables, chairs, linens, and silverware - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met - Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to our residents' satisfaction - Assist with planning and executing special events, such as holiday dinners and themed dinners Requirements Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed If you are passionate about providing excellent dining experiences and have the qualifications we are looking for, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
