    An opportunity currently exists for an experienced hospitality professional to join our leading organisation in the role of Dining Room Supervisor at our Hunters Hill campus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
  • At least 2 years restaurant/banquet experience in Australia
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality is preferred

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the organisation’s continuing effort to deliver an outstanding service experience for our residents.
In this key leadership role, you will take ownership of a broad range of tasks and responsibilities ranging from daily food and beverage service, maintenance and presentation of our dining rooms and support and coordination of events.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in training and supporting front of house dining personnel in all aspects of food and beverage service.
  • Motivation and leadership of your team.
  • Maintaining correct food handling and hygiene work practices including compliance with HACCP food service standards.
  • Promoting the Jewish culture.
