Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality and senior living dining who takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for residents and guests. Train, coach, and mentor servers to ensure a positive, professional, and team-focused environment. Collaborate with the Culinary Director to ensure excellent communication between the kitchen and dining teams. Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation. Support with scheduling servers and hosts (experience with scheduling software preferred). Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead by example - providing service support during busy meal times and events. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of supervisor or lead server experience in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living environment. Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and developing teams. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience creating and managing staff schedules preferred. A warm, professional demeanor and genuine love for serving seniors.
