The selected candidate will have significant responsibility for training of staff and ensuring an efficient, friendly and timely meal service is delivered to Residents and guests. Qualifications Qualified applicants are required possess 3 years previous experience in a high quality restaurant, hotel, country club or senior living company. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required. Additional requirements include: *Ability to supervise, hire, train and create a high-performing team *Systems orientation with basic Microsoft office skills and experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system is preferred. *Complete knowledge of all current service styles and techniques *Excellent communication skills *Team player, friendly and energetic with ability to coordinate multiple tasks *Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handlers certification as required The application window is anticipated to close within 30 days of the date of the posting.
