We are looking for compassionate and committed Dining Room Supervisor to join our dining team.
Westmont of Escondido is an Assisted Living and Memory Care senior living community that offers our employees and residents friendliness, a homelike setting, and an inspiring environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to lift 50lbs/push/pull carry up to 30lbs, constant standing and frequent walking required
• Two years of Supervisory experience
• Previous waitstaff experience or experience in the food industry
• Strong customer service skills and strong organization skills
• able to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• willing to adapt to changes in Culinary Services routine given at any time
