You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. Responsibilities * Operate as a model Dining Server and provide real-time coaching to team members * Train and onboard newly hired Dining Servers in alignment with LEC standards * Serve meals to residents in dining areas and rooms in a timely, friendly manner * Ensure compliance with special diet regulations * Perform and oversee cleaning duties and prep for next meal service * Wash dishes and maintain sanitation standards, ensuring utensils and equipment are ready * Record and monitor food and dish machine temperatures; report irregularities * Flexibly support various dining venues across the campus Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred * Prior dining server experience in a continuing care community or hospital preferred * Strong customer service background and orientation * Be reliable and punctual * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
