POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Services Aide to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and providing friendly, professional service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or working in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for serving others.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to residents.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor while interacting with residents, families, and team members.
• Communicate resident feedback and any concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dining Services Manager or other supervisors.
