As part of a collaborative team, you’ll share ideas, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and contribute to a positive, caring community environment.     What We’re Looking For  * Must be at least 15 years of age or older.   * Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30am to 2:00pm with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.   * Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.  * Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two (2) weeks of hire.   * State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment. If this applies to you based on your age and state of residence, the Community Manager at the location where you are applying will provide guidance on the necessary steps. Any required work permit must be submitted to the Community at the time of hire to ensure compliance with state requirements.
