As a Dining Services Coordinator, you will:
Manage Staff Scheduling – Create and maintain accurate schedules for dining staff across all shifts and locations, 4–6 weeks in advance.
Support Daily Operations – Ensure schedule changes, PTO, and attendance are accurately tracked and documented.
Coordinate Payroll & Staffing – Assist with payroll submissions, maintain staffing within budget guidelines, and send coverage notifications when shifts are open.
Train & Support Team Members – Help orient new hires on scheduling tools, procedures, and call-in protocols.
