Overview:
Cascade Manor, Eugene’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Dining Services Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management of fine dining, hotel, country club, senior living or other hospitality settings to lead our dining services team in our fine-dining restaurants, upscale casual Bistro, and/or catering program.
We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents/members with the best hospitality the Eugene area has to offer, so our residents/members don’t need to leave home for an incredible restaurant experience. Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 / annually DOE

A valid Food Handlers card is required and a ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.
