About the role In this interesting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for all business operations of dining establishment, duties typically include training, scheduling and managing, coaching and developing employees in a corrective manner in line with Company policy. Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other maintenance of equipment. Maintain excellent client relationship ensuring professional services and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, services and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations. This role directs the work of all employees and is responsible for the overall performance of the outlet. Key accountabilities for the role include: Execute outlet operations including customer service relationship and inventory management. Assist line manager in monitoring employee, operations and food wastage. Monitor the performance of assigned outlet service Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu service consistency. Provide assistance to the dining Services management in all service preparations, kitchen rules, service standards, cleanliness and inventory controls for Dining Services. Responsible for training team leaders for specific duties and responsibilities and ensuring that the standard of service and cleanliness are maintained as per HACCP standard. Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operations of the outlet and service equipment. Responsible for the commercial follow-up of the project by exploring new opportunities and establish contact with existing customers to improve the cafeteria food safety, service quality and hygiene. Assist line manager in the execution of administrative function such as reporting, quality assurance and department meetings. Coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth operations. Evaluate the standard of HACCP and take the corrective action. Ensure that every individual staff meet grooming standards at workplace with clean shaved/trimmed hair and beard. Qualifications and Experience: University Qualification OR High School Qualification with 3 years relevant experience Job Specific Skills: Essential: Previous experience in volume F&B catering as a Senior Supervisor/ F&B Manager/F&B Assistant Manager/F&B Supervisor Exposure to large volume catering, similar to industrial catering, contract catering, airline catering, cruiseline catering etc. Strong customer service experience Good spoken and written English Ability to work under high pressure Strong leadership/managerial skills Computer literate and POS knowledge About Qatar Airways Group: Our story started with four aircraft.
