Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Lead daily dining operations, including resident meals, guest service, and special events Ensure full compliance with food service regulations and maintain survey readiness Hire, train, coach, and develop dining team members in partnership with HR Manage schedules, labor costs, payroll coordination, and departmental budgets Oversee inventory, ordering, forecasting, and vendor relationships Maintain POS systems, scheduling platforms, and required reports Plan and execute special events, menus, and in-unit functions Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian on nutrition and dietary programs Conduct daily team huddles to review menus, service standards, and safety Drive dining initiatives that elevate resident satisfaction and the Peterson Meadows brand Foster strong communication and teamwork between front- and back-of-house teams What You'll Need: Must be 21 years of age or older (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) 3 to 5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality food service operations (required) Working knowledge of catering and special event execution, FOH/BOH (required) Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems (required) Valid driver’s license (required) BASSET certification (preferred) Associate’s degree (preferred) Benefits Available to You: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life/AD&D Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Mail Order Pharmacy Telemedicine Wellness Programs Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
