The Dining Services Production Assistant is responsible for assisting the Production Manager in the training and mentoring of kitchen team members and various inventory control duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in Dining Services preferred
• Dining production experience preferred
• Experience working in healthcare setting preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
