This Full-time position is located at Cumberland Woods Village, an Independent Living Community, in McCandless, PA. The hours are from 10:30 AM - 7 PM and include rotating weekends and holidays.

The Dining Services Team Lead is responsible for performing the general responsibilities of Dining Services team member such as simple food preparation, serving food, and clean up after meal service. Provides training and leadership for Dining Services team members and provides support to the Manager.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of one year of Dining Services experience.
• Leadership or training experience is preferred.
• Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent teamwork.
• Enjoys multi-tasking since every day is different!
• Has exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to interact effectively with both residents and team members.
