Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive salary Excellent benefits package Supportive, collaborative work environment Regional role where your leadership directly enhances dining quality across communities Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding organization designated as a Great Place to Work Primary Responsibilities of the Dining Specialist Support and coach dining teams to consistently meet QSLM hospitality and service standards Assist communities with food quality, menu execution, meal presentation, and overall dining service Help manage food costs, labor costs, and dining department budgets Provide training, guidance, and operational support to Directors of Dining Services Ensure food safety, sanitation compliance, and adherence to all regulatory standards Review menus, dining programs, and kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards Assist communities with reporting, budgeting, and operational improvements Travel to communities regularly to provide hands on support, training, and leadership Requirements Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or senior living dining Experience in Assisted Living or Independent Living dining preferred ServSafe Certification required Certified Food Manager certification preferred Strong understanding of food safety, budgeting, menu planning, and hospitality service standards Excellent leadership, communication, training, and organizational skills Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time to support regional communities QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
