Description Now Hiring: Dining Specialist QSL Management | Senior Living Communities | Full-Time | Regional Role QSL Management is seeking an experienced Dining Specialist to support dining operations across multiple senior living communities. In this regional role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Dining Services, Regional Dining Leadership, Executive Directors, and Directors of Dining Services to ensure consistent dining standards, operational excellence, and exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities Support and coach dining teams to meet QSL hospitality and service standards Assist communities with food quality, menu execution, and dining service Help manage food cost, labor cost, and dining budgets Provide training and operational support to Directors of Dining Services Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance Review menus, dining programs, and kitchen operations for quality and consistency Assist communities with reporting, budgeting, and operational improvements Travel to communities to provide hands-on support and training Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or senior living dining Experience in Assisted Living or Independent Living preferred ServSafe Certification required Certified Food Manager certification preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, budgeting, menu planning, and hospitality service Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Travel This role requires approximately 75% travel to support communities in the region.
