Responsibilities

As our Dinner Chef (Supervisor), you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, ensuring that every meal is prepared to the highest standards of nutrition, flavour, and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading dinner service and overseeing evening kitchen operations
  • Preparing and presenting nutritious and delicious meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs
  • Ensuring impeccable food safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to refine menus and incorporate seasonal ingredients
  • Supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
