Our brand-new Bentleigh Childcare Centre is open, and we are seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new centre from the beginning — helping to build a positive team culture and create inspiring learning environments for children. 

About the Role

As an Educator at Bright Steps Academy, you will:

• Create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and high-quality early learning environment

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children
• A team-focused, positive, and professional approach
