Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer to teach modules in our Diploma in Business Administration programme. The role involves delivering quality lessons, guiding students academically and professionally, and upholding BizChamp’s commitment to excellence in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching & Facilitation
  • Teach and facilitate diploma-level modules in areas such as Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, and related business subjects.
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops that are engaging, interactive, and industry-relevant.
  • Apply adult learning principles and modern pedagogical approaches in lesson delivery.
  • Lesson Preparation & Curriculum Support
  • Develop lesson plans, slides, case studies, and other instructional materials aligned with the approved curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and academic levels.
  • Support curriculum updates and contribute to programme reviews in line with CPE/SSG requirements.
  • Assessment & Student Support
  • Prepare assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams in accordance with learning outcomes.
  • Mark and grade fairly, providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Conduct academic consultations and mentor students to support their learning journey.
  • Academic & Administrative Duties
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of attendance, grading, and assessment submissions.
  • Participate in academic meetings, quality assurance reviews, and examiner/moderator discussions.
  • Uphold high academic standards and ensure compliance with College and CPE regulations.

Requirements

  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline (MBA holders preferred).
  • Prior teaching/lecturing experience at diploma or higher level, ideally with adult learners.
  • Strong knowledge in at least two areas: Management, Marketing, HR, Business Strategy, Business Communication.
  • Familiarity with CPE/SSG academic standards and compliance requirements is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success.
