POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality education and care to children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Implementing educational programs that reflect children’s individual needs, interests, and developmental goals.
  • Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observing and documenting children’s progress and development.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Complying with all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
