As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our close-knit and supportive team in Kemps Creek, NSW.

• Plan, supervise and implement the program for the room in accordance with the policies,
• Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
• Lead and mentor the educators in the room
• Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership with the parents
