We’re looking for Fragrance Specialist’s that are passionate about Diptyque to join the Diptyque Boutique at Chadstone in VIC on a casual basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service by using your expertise to match customers with the perfect Diptyque products, ensuring each interaction reflects our luxury standards
• Collaborate with your peers to provide a seamless customer journey, sharing your knowledge to boost team performance and enhance the overall experience
• Uphold high Boutique standards, manage stock efficiently, and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Actively participate in brand promotions and events to drive sales and achieve KPIs

What success looks like in this role:

• Deep brand and product knowledge of Diptyque as a luxury brand
• Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home
• Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for their needs, whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day
• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the Boutique feeling amazing
