Overview Accountable for 24hr, day to day operations of the department which includes effective management of clinical systems, human resources, financial management, and environmental management. Promotes collaborative practice with other departments, physicians, schools of nursing, and exhibits the ability to work with others to find solutions to difficult human, technical, or administrative problems. Must be able to adjust to and lead others through a rapidly changing environment.
