The Human Resources Director leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Director coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; assists and advises organization’s managers about Human Resources issues.

Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function including policy development, workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment/retention, retention and engagement, training and development, benefit/compensation programs, and performance management.

  • 5-10 years of broad-based Human Resources experience with a minimum of five(5) at the management level
  • Prior Budgeting and HRIS experience is required.
  • Demonstrated broad-based knowledge of Human Resources is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Training development and presentation experience
  • Superior communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively address all levels within the organization
