Job Description Customer Relationship Approach contacts at technical, purchasing and planning department Drive relationship development toward business results Process RFQ´s and lead quotation processes Drive and win directed business with the automotive OEM Figure out the organization and strategies of OEM Support customer’s risk management Business Development: Initiate meetings at OEM for new innovations / potentials Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities Develop and prepare sales strategies & tactics to win and present to OEM managements Prepare and drive commercial &technical presentations/conversations with OEM Cooperate with other departments and regions to meet objectives on global basis Planning & Reporting: Report on sales progress, against targets Manage DIN amount with regards to OEM directed business Figure out our business position and develop, execute and review account strategy with management Key Performance Measures: D-IN / B-WIN (= project/business follow-up through life cycle , from acquisition to SOP) Negotiation of annual price adjustments (billing within the budget period) Support D-IN result from Tier1 Sales Support and drive supply security concepts Qualifications Understanding of the semiconductor market preferably with automotive OEM experience Experience with business of MCU, SoC, Analog, Power devices Working independently with excellent communication skills, self-driven and motivated, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities Strategy and Executing skills for customer development Understanding of automotive system architectures, e.g. SDV, EV’s or zonal etc. Team leading experience preferred Employee can work remotely Fluent in English With sense of challenge and humor Additional Information Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘To Make Our Lives Easier.’ As the industry’s leading expert in embedded processing with unmatched quality and system-level know-how, we have evolved to provide scalable and comprehensive semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT industries based on the broadest product portfolio, including High Performance Computing, Embedded Processing, Analog & Connectivity, and Power.
