Key Responsibilities:   * Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts across sectors with a focused new business development strategy. * Lead and manage the sales organization, setting and monitoring goals, quotas, and performance metrics. * Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — with a strong solution-selling approach. * Build deep relationships at the CXO and Board level to position our platforms, applications and omni-channel engagement models. * Lead strategic efforts to displace competitors and win large transformational deals. * Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance and product teams to seamlessly convert wins into revenue. * Develop customized value propositions aligned to client needs leveraging internal experts as needed. * Represent the organization across India with a willingness to travel extensively and build a strong client footprint nationally.   Qualifications:   * Min 15+ years of experience in customer-facing revenue generation roles, preferably in the technology industry. * Strong background in B2B sales and customer success, preferably with experience in complex, multi-product or global SaaS companies. * Ability to create and communicate a clear vision for revenue growth. * Proven success in solution-based new business development and competitive displacement preferably in the technology industry with CX / CRM / CPaaS companies. * Strong ability to engage CXO and Board-level executives with strategic narratives. * High ownership mindset with the ability to independently run and close complex deals. * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery. * Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management abilities. * Comfortable with high travel and dynamic work environments. * Experience in building the rhythm of business and executing collaborative cadence with stakeholders inside and externally. Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decisions, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics. * Proven leadership ability to inspire, manage, and scale cross-functional teams; experience building a collaborative culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction. * MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred   If you are passionate about customers and growing a fast-paced business, with a vision to drive transformational change, we want to hear from you.
