YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Daily analysis of assigned customer orders to quickly identify issues regarding out of stocks, changes in delivery dates and any trends requiring improvements.
• Independently evaluate orders which exceed weekly allocations and make decisions which protect our ability to compete by ensuring all customers have access to available finished goods.
• Assist customers with our ordering platforms (Order Direct/EDI) and monitor, troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to orders, collaborating with internal and external technical personnel to resolve issues.
• Process debits, credits, returns and generate Tax Affidavits for State Tax reimbursement and required financial documents.
• Develop and review Promotion Execution status reports for key customers.
