Responsibilities

Indigo are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting services, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. The role is 6-month fixed term contract and is field based with the requirement to travel nationwide (Ireland), predominantly the Leinster/South-East area, depending on project requirements. Travel to and from site is an integral part of the job

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with prospective customers through door-to-door engagement.
  • Present, promote, and sell services using solid business proposals to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections professionally.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Be professional, safety conscious and conscientious always both on and off site.
  • Adhere to company Health & Safety policies.
