In this role, you’ll work closely with our Revenue Manager and collaborate with newly acquired agencies to ensure accurate and timely processing of direct bill commission payments. You’ll be part of a high-energy, growth-focused organization where your expertise in accounting and problem-solving will directly contribute to our continued success.

• Reconcile & Review: Download, review, and reconcile direct bill commission statements from carriers.
• Problem-Solve: Partner with our outsourced direct bill team to resolve discrepancies between cash received and carrier commission statements.
• Own the Process: Post commission entries into the AMS (Applied Epic, AMS360) and maintain precise commission receivable records.
• Analyze & Report: Assist in preparing financial reports and ad hoc analyses related to direct bill activity.
• Collaborate & Improve: Work with IT and operations to enhance workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support Accuracy: Ensure proper monthly allocation to producers and reconcile carrier statements with precision.
