Minimum experience of 3 years in Auto Loans  Minimum qualification – Any Graduate.  Role – Relationship Manager Grade – Deputy Manager/Manager   Job Role   * Driving Retail Assets sales (Auto Loan, PL ) * Achieving monthly sales target of the Branch according the Budget. * Educate Branch Resource activation on Retail Assets Products. * Generate leads into potential customer over the telephone and attending queries on loans from walk-in Customers. * Conducting marketing activities and ensuring good leads conversions * Focus on given target on number, disbursal, and volume * Ability to explain complex information about product simply & clearly. * Regular strong follow ups on Leads / Logins & Disbursement. * To generate fresh idea of increasing Asset Cross – Sell on existing CASA Database. * Co-ordination with credit team, OPS team, and RCU for timely sanction, disbursal and maintaining daily MIS
