Role – Relationship Manager Grade – Deputy Manager/Manager Job Role Driving Retail Assets sales (Auto Loan, PL ) Achieving monthly sales target of the Branch according the Budget. Educate Branch Resource activation on Retail Assets Products. Generate leads into potential customer over the telephone and attending queries on loans from walk-in Customers. Conducting marketing activities and ensuring good leads conversions Focus on given target on number, disbursal, and volume Ability to explain complex information about product simply & clearly. Regular strong follow ups on Leads / Logins & Disbursement. To generate fresh idea of increasing Asset Cross – Sell on existing CASA Database. Co-ordination with credit team, OPS team, and RCU for timely sanction, disbursal and maintaining daily MIS
