Position Details As an entry-level Direct Care Staff, you support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including: Participating in fun activities Budgeting Meal preparation Help the individuals try new things. Shopping Mentor the individuals to learn new skills Transporting individuals out in the community/sight seeing MUST be willing to work weekends Positions needing to be filled: Weekends & Weekday evenings/swing shifts Qualifications and Skills No experience needed.
