Responsibilities and Job Duties Provide personal assistance, support, direction, care, and supervision to up to (4) clients in a smaller home-like environment. Perform household tasks; cleaning, basic home related chores and assigned client care tasks throughout each shift. Perform charting and documentation, medication assistance and monitoring for symptoms. Prepare and serve (3) meals daily according to company menu. Prepare and submit food and supply order lists weekly. Assist and supervise clients in learning Independent Living Skills. Assist and direct clients in Activities of Daily Living. Plan and participate in activities, plan weekly outings and crafts with clients in the home. Work with the supervisory team to ensure compliance, safety and cleanliness in the home. Work as a team with other direct care staff and supervisors. POSITION REQUIREMENT: Must pass criminal background check

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, supervision, and support to up to four clients in a residential setting. Responsibilities include performing household chores, medication monitoring, meal preparation, and facilitating community outings and independent living skills.
