Description Direct Care Staff : $1,000 - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Oceanside, CA | Full-Time | On-Site Mon–Fri: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Sat–Sun: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Overnight shift: 4 X 10 schedule 9:00PM - 7:30am Some flexibility required Shift Differential: employees will receive an additional hourly differential of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked during the defined weekend period. About the Role As a Direct Care Staff member, you’ll be the heartbeat of our residential program — the one who brings calm to chaos, structure to uncertainty, and compassion to moments of crisis. You’ll walk alongside adults navigating psychiatric and co-occurring disorders, helping them build safety, confidence, and purpose one step at a time. What You’ll Do Support clients through their daily routines with consistency, patience, and empathy Model accountability and integrity — helping clients practice real-world skills and boundaries Provide transportation, assist with appointments, and promote safety and engagement Observe, document, and communicate behavioral patterns to the treatment team Foster connection through encouragement, structure, and presence Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect What We Offer Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hr + $1,000 to $3,000 sign-on bonus Sign on Bonus amount based on experience within Psychiatrics.
