As a Youth Care Worker you will provide direct supervision to all adolescent females ages 12 -18. You will serve as a role model and provide support & structure to the residents in our care. Snapshot of Daily Duties Supervise residents in their daily routines providing rewards and consequences as prescribed by our behavior management system Maintain routine order on dorm unit and during activities Address group concerns according to Positive Peer Culture standards and elicit positive change for residents Complete assessments, reviews and other documentation in a timely manner Must Haves Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required Over the age of 21 Maturity, empathy and patience Be special – Not everyone can do what we do The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols Perks DailyPay – access your money when you need it as soon as 48 hours after you start!
