Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training at The Kensington Falls Church will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career.  This is a 5-day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys. Become a Care Partner and find your path, grow your purpose, and find a stronger sense of belonging. There’s something for everyone and there’s room to grow! Schedules Available: Full-Time, Part-Time or Perdiem (PRN) What is Direct Care Training? * Paid training for new team members from Monday, June 15th - Friday, June 19th from 9am-5pm taking place at The Kensington Falls Church. * Certificated program led by our Community Nursing Support, RN. * Open to newly hired Caregivers / Care Partners - PCA, HHA, CNA certification not required.
