Working under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will collaborate closely with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will support residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility, as well as assist with transfers, communication aids, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will contribute to client care by assisting with routine treatments, supporting the self-administration of medication on medical authority, and providing input into client assessments, including care for residents with specific needs. About You: * Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position. * Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel. * Knowledge and commitment to customer service principles. * Knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Risk Management principles.
