As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide essential one-on-one support in home and community settings, helping people build life skills, gain independence, and experience joy every day. What You’ll Do As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily routines and community activities.
