We are looking for a
Direct Enrollment Officer to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with potential students and oversee enrolments.
A Direct Enrollment is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with prospects and potential students. He/She acts as the primary point of contact, guiding each individual from the initial outreach stage through to the final enrollment decision.
Direct Enrollment duties and responsibilities include:
- Selling courses using solid arguments to prospective students.
- Manage new sales opportunities through micro conversion targets and ongoing monitoring.
- Using the CRM platform (SalesForce) maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, keeping track of interactions, responses, tasks and follow-up activities.
- Provide updates to management on key metrics such as number of qualified leads generated, conversion rates, the success of scheduled appointments, the number of applications, admissions and immatriculations.
Specifically:

Strong communication skills:
- Written: Excellent written English & Italian and ability to write for different audiences to produce different types of communication eg. emails, instructions, training documents, presentations,
- Verbal: Well-spoken and articulate. Professional, friendly phone and in person manner. Persuasive and persistent yet friendly and personable.
- Comfortable cold calling with confident telephone manner
- Listening: Active listening using empathy and understanding

Experience:
- Previous outbound sales experience involving cold-warm calling is essential.
- Analytical approach and data orientation.
Job requirements:
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the sales field
He/she has knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Contract and compensation to be defined.
