Location: Sheffield / London / Hybrid Working
(Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)

The purpose of the role is to manage the process to regularly value a large portfolio of investments as part of BBB’s direct equity investments portfolio. Working closely with both the Finance Team, Investment Teams and external parties the role will ensure a robust and documented valuation process is implemented and executed on a quarterly basis feeding into BBB’s valuation process. The role will also require the management of members of the Valuations Team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Insourcing, implementing and continually improving a valuation process and policy.
• Defining and implementing data/MI collection requirements.
• Building and maintaining financial models.
• Producing and reporting company and portfolio level valuations

With experience in financial assets valuation, applying IPEV guidance, and in data analysis, interpretation and judgement, you will also be able to demonstrate experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, and in designing systems and processes
