QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in A&H DM and DDM with insurance knowledge and understanding Chubb is a plus.
• Background in marketing/ product development/ actuary/ or customer relationship management
• Proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization across all levels and in multicultural/ remote environment to be able to manage and drive the change.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, influencing, and interpersonal skills to coordinate work effectively in a high performing work environment.
• Capabilities in understanding and balancing customer centric and financial management.

PURPOSE:

Management of strategic Thailand projects to seek and optimize opportunity to grow sustainably Direct Marketing and remain #1 proposition in Thailand. Management of overall A&H products across APAC for Direct Marketing and Digital Direct Marketing.
Work along side with Head of Direct Marketing and Head of Digital to sustain profitability and drive growth through products in Direct Marketing channel and Digital channel and across Line of Business.
