Job Description Job Purpose As a Direct Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential partners, leading negotiations, and managing partnership contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the organization and partners, monitor partnership performance through key indicators, and provide insights based on market analysis for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities 1.Partnership Development: Identify and foster relationships with potential partners Seach for new partners Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company goals 2. Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations and manage partnership contracts Ensure compliance and alignment with legal and organizational standards 3. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the organization and partners Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities 4. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for partnerships Analyze data and provide regular reports to management 5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics. Provide insights based on market analysis to drive strategic decisions. Qualifications Job Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in partnership development and management Strong understanding of digital/e-Commerce industry trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Readiness for possible occasional business trips Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Time Type: Full Time
